We use a combination of courier freight service to ensure delivery in a timely manner. These include: Australia Post/Interparcel & Couriers please. For international orders we currently use Australia Post.
Upon receiving orders during business hours Monday – Friday from 9-5pm, our target for turnaround times is 48 hours for dispatch, however, this still does NOT guarantee quick or precise turnaround times. Please allow the estimated delivery timeframe for orders to arrive at destination.
Delivery delays have been common practice in recent times. As usual during high volume periods such as before Christmas, Easter, other public holidays/peak times or unforeseen circumstances there may be some longer than usual delays.

All International orders are shipped with Australia Post to the destination country and then onforwarded to those countries local courier service. The tracking number provided to you at the time of shipment is your global tracking number and can be tracked on www.australiapost.com.au throughout the entire time of transit.

*Please note that the estimated delivery time between Australia and other countries excludes any hold time in Customs and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Organic Minerals control. Delays may occur in overseas shipments due to regulations, postal services and systems of different countries or unforeseen natural events. Organic Minerals has no control over nor will be responsible for any such delays or for loss / damage occasioned to the goods whilst it is in transit.

If product is damaged or expired, please contact info@organicminerals.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order providing us with a description of the damages as well as photos of the damages accompanied with the attached invoice.

For all orders $500.00 and under, they will incur freight charges. Freight will be charged at the appropriate rates to destination. For all orders over $500.00 there is NO additional freight charges. We do not make profit on freight.
